How to fix F7.2 fault message on Candela pro series devices
First, we need to understand the causes of this fault F7.2 which is mainly because Distilled or DI Water is over temperature.
Now to the fix, how do we fix this problem easily?
There’s a couple of solutions for this problem:
- Turn off the laser system and allow sufficient time for the laser system to cool down.
- Check the Distilled or Distilled or DI water level (the reservoir should be filled with Distilled or Distilled or DI water). Refill reservoir if needed.
- Verify the laser room environment and temperature meet the specifications provided in Appendix A, “specifications”.
- Verify the laser system is more than 12 inches (305 MM) from the wall.
- Turn off the laser system for 30 seconds and then restart it.
