How to fix F7.1 fault message on Candela pro series devices

First, we need to understand the causes of this fault F7.1 which is mainly because Distilled or DI Water is under temperature.


Now to the fix, how do we fix this problem easily?
There’s a couple of solutions for this problem:

  • Put the laser system in the “Standby” state and allow sufficient time for the laser system to warm-up.
  • Verify the laser room environment and temperature meet the specifications provided in Appendix A, Specifications.
  • Verify the water level is correct.
  • Turn off the laser system for 30 seconds and then restart the laser system.
